CoreSentry Technologies LLC develops software for security service providers. We respect the privacy of customers, prospective customers, authorized users, and individuals who receive service-related communications through the CoreSentry platform.

Information we collect

We may collect business contact information, account and service information, billing records, transaction details, support communications, device and usage information, and information submitted through our website or software. CoreSentry customers control the information they enter about their own customers and personnel.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and support CoreSentry products, process authorized billing activity, maintain security, respond to requests, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and deliver transactional communications requested or authorized by the recipient.

SMS and mobile information

When a person opts in, their mobile number may be used for transactional messages such as AutoPay enrollment links, upcoming-charge notices, payment confirmations, declined-payment alerts, and past-due reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Service providers and payments

We may use service providers to operate infrastructure, send communications, provide customer support, and securely process payments. Payment-card details are collected and stored by authorized payment processors; CoreSentry is designed not to store full card numbers.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved. Information is retained only as long as needed for operational, contractual, security, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information that CoreSentry Technologies directly controls, subject to legal and contractual requirements. Customers of a security provider should contact that provider regarding information held in the provider's CoreSentry system.
